We were founded by Eric Lefkofsky, originally formed under the name Bioin LLC in Delaware in August 2015 and we converted to a Delaware corporation in September 2015 under the name Bioin Inc. We changed our name to Tempus Health, Inc. later in 2015, to Tempus Labs, Inc. in 2016 and in 2023, we changed our name to Tempus AI, Inc.
